As many of you are already aware, there have been a few teething issues with the launch of our new website. Added to this, our Developer unfortunately experienced some data corruption in the Membership area, which triggered some unnecessary reminder emails to Members.

Hopefully these issues are now sorted.

Some Members have experienced difficulties logging into their Account on the new website.

To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the login page: https://bordersfhs.org.uk/my-account/.
2. Click “Lost your password?”
3. Enter the email address associated with your membership and follow the instructions in the password reset email you will receive.
4. Once your password has been reset, return to the My Account page and log in to confirm that your new password works.

Please Note: this process applies only to the member email address registered with BFHS.

It is very important to follow the above steps, to ensure the security of your Membership account, and create your own password.

Once we have ironed out any remaining launch issues, we will be prioritising next steps to introduce some of the fantastic data sources available on the old website. We would very much appreciate your thoughts on what you see as the highest priority to introduce; we have not lost this information; it is just waiting in the wings at the moment.
